A leadership 360 for executives and managers to seek balanced feedback from their key relationships about how others see them, their contribution and their performance.

aspeyinsights 360 provides respondent anonymity, can be deployed globally and can provide up to 21 people's views of an individual's performance. These respondents can include their manager, team, colleagues or clients.
There are a total of 50 rated questions, grouped into Leading, Managing, Coaching and Doing, along with a some pre-agreed open questions for respondents to complete in their own words. The 360 takes 20-30 minutes to complete.
Respondents will receive comprehensive guidelines on giving balanced 360 feedback along with instructions on how to complete the online questionnaire accurately and effectively.
